  • Position Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Manager to lead our residential and/or commercial sales team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing, training and mentoring the sales staff, developing strategic plans to drive growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing or construction sales, leadership experience, and a passion for team building.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and drive new business.

    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company standards.

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.

    • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using JobNimbus.

    • Stay current on roofing products, installation techniques, and industry regulations.

    • Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations.

    • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively to uphold company reputation.

    Qualifications:

    • 3–5+ years of experience in roofing or construction sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.

    • Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.

    • Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams to achieve consistent results.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

    • Familiarity with JobNimbus and HailTrace 

    • Highly organized with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

    • Experience in residential, commercial, or insurance-related roofing sales.

    • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

  • We are seeking a dynamic, self motivated, honest and results-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales for our roofing and restoration services. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including canvassing, door knocking, networking events, referrals.

    • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough inspections with potential clients to understand their roofing needs, assess their property for damages, and recommend appropriate solutions.

    • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of roofing products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.

    • Sales Presentations: explain to the client the insurance claim process and or retail and showcase the benefits of our roofing solutions and persuade clients to make a purchase.

    • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure agreements and close sales.

    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

    • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth. Stay informed about hail storms in our service areas to target hit areas.

    • CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven Sales Experience: 2-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry, but not mandatory.

    • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of roofing materials, installation techniques preferred.

    • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and build rapport with diverse audiences.

    • Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.

    • Results-Oriented: Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient computer skills, including Google suite, calendar, CRM software and hail tracking applications, need to have their own computer or laptop.

    • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for client visits and meetings.

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Bachelor's degree or related field experience preferred.

    • Sales Experience preferred.
